UPGC provides a lecture room as a learning facility for students consisting of 8 classes, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Reading room on the 1st floor. Bathrooms on each floor, prayer room on the 2nd floor. and a personal development room. students on the 1st floor. Sources of funds and use funds are available in Annex 2605.

UPGC Lab Personnel Standards are divided into 3 parts: 1. Head of Laboratory 2. Laboratory Assistant/Lab Assistant and 3) Expert Staff. The laboratories in the UPGC are the individual counseling laboratory, 2 rooms, the group counseling and group guidance laboratory, 1 room, and the classical guidance laboratory, 1 room. The process of student self-development cannot automatically reach the stage of autonomy without going through the processes that should be followed, such as participating in academic and non-academic activities in a balanced manner. UPGC facilitates students' self- development by participating in competitions, workshops, seminars held between universities at home and abroad as well as holding English Club activities.

The reading room for the UPGC which is located on the 1st (first) floor is integrated with other rooms in the UPGC study program. The reading room can accommodate more than 50 visitors and is equipped with electrical outlets at each reading table. With a reading room, helping visitors to copy assignments or just sitting and reading books provided by the library, users can communicate with each other. There is one education staff with qualifications currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
