The assessmentmethods used in the Undergraduate Program in Guidance and Counselinginclude:exam paper, assignment, participation, performance, and product. The summary ofeach assessment method is presented in the following diagram:

Referring to Figure, the mostcommonly used assessment methods are assignment, participation, andperformance. These assessment methods are utilized in 60 courses. In theassignment assessment method, instructors evaluate tasks completed by students,both individually and in groups, such as in the course Understanding Non-TestIndividual Techniques. Furthermore, the participation assessment methodinvolves instructors assessing students' engagement during classes, includingasking questions, responding, objecting, and expressing opinions, as seen inthe Curriculum School course. As for the performance assessment method,instructors evaluate students' performance during classes, such aspresentations, simulations, and practices, as seen in the Theory and Practiceof Humanistic Counseling course.The second most widely used assessment methodis product, which is utilized in 44 courses, such as the Technology Informationand Guidance Media course. In this assessment method, instructors evaluate thework produced by students. Additionally, the third most widely used method isexam paper, which is used in 17 courses. Instructors first prepare examquestions, which undergo validation by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM),covering both Midterm Exam (UTS) and Final Exam (UAS) questions.
