Referring to Figure 2.3.3, the most
commonly used assessment methods are assignment, participation, and
performance. These assessment methods are utilized in 60 courses. In the
assignment assessment method, instructors evaluate tasks completed by students,
both individually and in groups, such as in the course Understanding Non-Test
Individual Techniques. Furthermore, the participation assessment method
involves instructors assessing students' engagement during classes, including
asking questions, responding, objecting, and expressing opinions, as seen in
the Curriculum School course. As for the performance assessment method,
instructors evaluate students' performance during classes, such as
presentations, simulations, and practices, as seen in the Theory and Practice
of Humanistic Counseling course. The second most widely used assessment method
is product, which is utilized in 44 courses, such as the Technology Information
and Guidance Media course. In this assessment method, instructors evaluate the
work produced by students. Additionally, the third most widely used method is
exam paper, which is used in 17 courses. Instructors first prepare exam
questions, which undergo validation by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM),
covering both Midterm Exam (UTS) and Final Exam (UAS) questions. Further
details are available in Annex 2305.
